According to the complaint, the victim stated that she went to the SDPO’s office for assistance. During this, the officer allegedly called her into his room and later began sending obscene messages.
The victim further alleged that the officer repeatedly made inappropriate phone calls, using vulgar language and suggestive remarks.
The woman claimed that the harassment was persistent, with the officer sending lewd messages on a daily basis. She also alleged that he threatened to implicate her husband in a false case if she did not comply with his demands.
