Bhubaneswar, Mar 18: Over 25 students of BJB College sustained injuries after a violent clash broke out between two groups of students.

The incident took place during a farewell party. The situation turned ugly following a major confrontation.

According to eyewitnesses, heated arguments broke out between the two groups of students, which soon spiraled into physical violence. Bottles, sticks, and stones were reportedly used during the fight, leaving the hostel premises resembling a battlefield.

Panic spread among other students as the situation worsened, forcing many to flee the area for safety.

Police sources confirmed that more than 25 students sustained injuries in the clash, with several requiring immediate medical attention.

The injured were rushed to nearby hospitals, and their condition is said to be stable.
