Bhubaneswar, Mar 18: In a significant move to enhance public awareness about the upcoming National Census 2027, the Ministry of Home Affairs has appointed internationally acclaimed sand artist and Padma Shri awardee Sudarsan Pattnaik as the brand ambassador.
