Bhubaneswar, Feb 21: A second-year plus II student was found hanging inside a hostel of the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS).
The deceased has been identified as Chandan Sabar, a resident of Nuapada district.
On being informed about the incident, Infocity police reached the scene and initiated a detailed investigation.
Authorities have registered an unnatural death case and seized the body for further examination. The body has been sent to Capital Hospital, where a post-mortem will be conducted once the student’s family arrives.
