Bhubaneswar, Mar 9: The second phase of the Budget Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly commenced today, marking the beginning of a crucial period of legislative activity.

Scheduled to continue from March 9 to April 8, this phase is expected to witness heightened political engagement, particularly with the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections set to take place during the course of the session.
