Bhubaneswar, Nov 15: The results of the special Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) have been officially declared.

Out of 72,413 candidates who appeared for the exam, 48,153 teachers have successfully passed, marking a pass percentage of 66.50%.

 

A total of 75,403 primary school teachers had registered for the exam, which was conducted across 193 centers in the state on September 27.

 

The OTET was held in two papers. While Paper 1 saw 12,988 candidates qualify, Paper 2 had 35,165 successful candidates.

The exam was initially scheduled for July 19, but was postponed due to a question paper leak.

 

The results are now available for download on the official BSE Odisha website: http://bseodisha.ac.in.

 

Candidates are advised to visit the portal and enter their credentials to access their scorecards. The successful completion of this examination marks a significant milestone in the recruitment process for Odisha’s education sector.
