Bhubaneswar, Sep 21: Pradeep Kumar Jena, former Chief Secretary of Odisha and ex-Chairman of the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission, has won the presidential election of the Bhubaneswar Club.
The election, held over two days with both e-voting and ballot voting, drew significant attention from political and administrative circles.
Jena, contesting for the first time, ran on the campaign slogan “Vote for Change”.

Jena, a 1989-batch IAS officer, holds a Master of Science degree in Geology and has held several key positions in the Odisha government throughout his career.
