Bhubaneswar, Jan 6: A bus carrying pilgrims from Madhya Pradesh met with an accident on National Highway‑316 near Teishipur Sqaure in Pipili.
According to reports, the incident occured when the pilgrims were en route to Puri to seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath. Meanwhile, the vehicle lost control and collided with an electric pole.
At least six women sustained injuries in the mishap, with one of them reported to be in critical condition. Local residents rushed to the spot to assist the injured, and emergency services were quickly deployed to provide medical aid.

hospitals for treatment. Police and district officials have reached the site to
