Bhubaneswar, Nov 19: Petrol and diesel prices, which vary from state to state due to local taxes and levies, witnessed a marginal decline across Bhubaneswar today.

The updated rates were released early this morning and are accessible via official fuel apps and websites.

As per the revision, the petrol price in Bhubaneswar remained 42 paise lower at Rs 100.93 while diesel price was 92.51 paise per liter.

OMCs such as Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, and Hindustan Petroleum adjust fuel prices every day at 6 AM, aligning them with global crude oil trends and currency exchange fluctuations.

While prices in major metros like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai have remained largely stable for several months, minor changes have been observed in select cities due to local tax adjustments.

Petrol And Diesel Prices In Major Cities Of India:

• Delhi- petrol is 94.77 paise per liter and diesel price is 87.67 paise.

• Mumbai- petrol is 103.50 paise per liter while diesel is 90.03 per liter.

• Kolkata-petrol price is 105.41 rupees while diesel price is 92.02 rupees.

• Chennai-petrol prices are Rs 100.90 and diesel prices are Rs 92.49.
