Bhubaneswar, Oct 5: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended warm congratulations to Pramod Dalpati and Jitendra Pradhan for receiving the prestigious 'All India Topper Award 2025' at the 'Kaushal Dikshant Samaroh'.
The award was conferred by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi in recognition of outstanding performance in skill development and vocational excellence.
Taking to social media, CM Majhi tweeted, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the meritorious students of Odisha, Shri Pramod Dalpati and Shri Jitendra Pradhan, for receiving the 'All India Topper Award 2025' from the Honorable Prime Minister at the 'Kaushal Dikshant Samaroh'. Wishing both of them a bright future.”
