Bhubaneswar, Sep 19: Odia music director Abhijit Majumdar, who has been battling for life at AIIMS Bhubaneswar, is showing gradual signs of improvement while continuing to receive intensive care at the hospital.
Hospital sources confirm that although he remains on ventilator support, his kidney and liver functions have stabilized, and his vitals are currently stable.
Majumdar, 54, was initially undergoing treatment at a private medical facility in Cuttack. However, he was shifted to AIIMS Bhubaneswar after his health condition deteriorated. He was brought to the emergency ward in a comatose state and shifted to intensive care shortly thereafter.

A specialized medical team led by ICU and ECMO expert Dr. Srikant Behera is overseeing his treatment.
