Khordha, Nov 14: In a deeply disturbing incident, the lifeless body of a newborn baby boy was found floating in the river near Asarala village under the jurisdiction of Bankoi Outpost in Bolagarh police limits, Khordha district.

According to reports, the matter came to light this morning after the locals spotted the body, who immediately alerted the authorities.
