Balasore, Oct 15: A massive fire broke out at the Cosmetic Store, located at Cinema Chhak in Balasore district early this morning.

According to reports, the blaze engulfed the entire three-storey establishment, reducing all cosmetic items and expensive dresses worth lakhs of rupees to ashes.

The store was one of the oldest and most recognized cosmetic outlets in the city.

Despite all safety precautions reportedly being in place, the cause of the fire remains unknown at this time.

Alerted about the incident, Balasore Fire Department reached the spot and doused the flames.
