✨Notably, landslides struck near Pekat in Rayagada block of Gajapati district. Following the incident, one person lost his life while two others went missing.
Seventy-year-old Kartika Shabara and his son Rajib Shabara were reported missing. Rescue operations are underway, although key roads linking Rayagada with Nuagarh and R Udaygiri have been severed.
