According to reports, the blaze engulfed the premises rapidly, prompting an emergency response from local authorities.

Two firefighting teams rushed to the scene and the flames were brought under control. Fortunately, no casualties have been reported so far.

However, scraps worth over a lakh of rupees were destroyed in the mishap.

Eyewitnesses said thick plumes of smoke were visible from a distance, and panic briefly gripped nearby residents.
