Deogarh, Jan 22: Four minor boys who went missing from Tinkabir village under Reamal police station in Deogarh district have been rescued safely. The children, all fifth-grade students, had gone missing since yesterday evening.


According to reports, the victims, after returning from school, went to watch a cricket match being played in the village. When they did not return home by evening, family members began a search. Unable to trace them, their family members approached the police and lodged a complaint with the police.


Upon receiving information, Reamal police formed two separate search teams and launched a search operation. Villagers also joined the search effort.


The children were eventually found this morning in a nearby forested hill area.


It has been confirmed that the boys spent the entire night in the jungle. However, it remains unclear why they went there or whether someone had taken them.

Police have assured that a detailed investigation is underway to determine the circumstances behind the incident. The safe recovery of the children has brought relief to the families and the local community, who had spent a sleepless night in worry.
