New Delhi, Dec 31: Indian Railways has successfully conducted the trial run of the Vande Bharat Sleeper Train, marking a significant milestone in the country’s railway modernization efforts.
The trial was carried out on the Kota–Nagda section in Rajasthan, where the train achieved a speed of 180 km per hour, showcasing its advanced engineering and performance capabilities.
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw shared a video of the high-speed trial on social media, highlighting the achievement and India’s growing expertise in indigenous railway technology.
