Mumbai, Feb 1: A major security scare unfolded late Saturday night when unidentified assailants fired four rounds outside the Juhu residence of Bollywood director Rohit Shetty. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in the incident.


According to officials, the gunshots were fired near the filmmaker’s building, prompting an immediate response from local police, the crime branch, and forensic teams.


The area was swiftly cordoned off, and heavy security was deployed in and around the locality as a precautionary measure.


Forensic experts have begun examining the site to collect evidence, while police patrols in the neighborhood have been intensified to prevent further untoward incidents. Authorities are investigating the motive behind the attack and are working to identify the assailants.
