Bhubaneswar, Feb 18: The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, commenced the Plus II examinations for the 2025–26 academic session today.
The exams will continue until March 25, 2026.
On the occasion, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended his best wishes to the students.
In a message shared on social media, the Chief Minister advised students not to be under mental pressure while terming the exam a holy platform for the expression of their knowledge.
The Chief Minister further advised students to treat examinations as a celebration of learning instead of a burden, assuring them that their hard work and dedication would lead to success.

"Don't take the exam as a load on your head; rather, face it as a festival and approach the question papers with full confidence," he advised the students.
A total of 5,61,979 students are appearing at 3,082 examination centres across the state, with elaborate arrangements in place to ensure smooth conduct of the exams.
