Cuttack, Oct 21: A youth was found dead under mysterious circumstances at a rehabilitation centre located in Uttamapur under the jurisdiction of Sadar Police Station in Cuttack.
The deceased has been identified as a resident of Jatani area.
According to reports, the victim was admitted to the centre two months ago for rehabilitation. However, he was found in a lifeless state inside the facility this morning.
On being informed, police rushed the scene and seized the body. Later, the family members were informed and the body was sent to a local hospital for post-mortem.
The incident has raised serious concerns, with allegations suggesting that the youth may have been strangled to death.
