Nuapada, Oct 16: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is set to visit Nuapada today in a high-profile political event that is expected to showcase the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) growing momentum in the region.

According to reports, the Chief Minister will first arrive at Gotma Airstrip via a special aircraft and attend a public meeting organised nearby.

The event is being seen as a major show of strength by the BJP ahead of the upcoming elections.

Following the meeting, a massive procession will be taken out from the Gayatri Temple, drawing supporters and party workers from across the district.

The rally will culminate in the formal nomination filing of BJP’s legislative candidate Jay Dholakia, with the Chief Minister accompanying him during the submission.
