Bhubaneswar, Sep 19: The second day of the Odisha Legislative Assembly’s monsoon session was marred by chaos, leading to an adjournment just four minutes after proceedings began.
According to reports, as soon as the House convened for the day, BJD members stormed the well, raising slogans and demanding immediate government action to address what they described as a “critical dearth” in fertilizer supply during peak agricultural season.

The BJD, now in opposition, has intensified its attack on the BJP-led state government, accusing it of failing to ensure adequate fertilizer supply during the peak cultivation season.
