Bhubaneswar, Feb 25: Two persons were killed after the motorcycle they were riding crashed into a truck parked on the roadside near Jaala under Info Valley Police Station late Tuesday night.

The impact was so severe that it led to the instant death of both the riders on the bike.

Eyewitnesses stated that the truck was parked without adequate warning signals, which may have contributed to the accident. The victims’ identities have not yet been confirmed, and police are working to establish details.

On being informed, officers from the Info Valley Police Station rushed to the scene and began an investigation.

The bodies have been sent for post‑mortem examination, while efforts are underway to trace the families of the deceased.
