Two College Students Killed After Being Hit By Speeding Car In Odisha's Keonjhar

The students were returning home on their bicycle when a speeding vehicle struck them.
Anandapur, Nov 8: Two girl students of Kanak Manjari Women's College, located in Salapada, Keonjhar district, were killed after being hit by a speeding vehicle.

The identity of the deceased students were not known immediately. 

According to reports, the students were returning home on their bicycle when a speeding vehicle struck them. Soon after the incident, the driver fled the scene, leaving the victims critically injured.

Despite efforts to rush them to the nearest hospital, both the students were declared dead on arrival.

On being informed, police reached the spot and launched an investigation into the incident.

CCTV footage from nearby areas is being reviewed to identify the vehicle and its driver.

Authorities have appealed to the public for any eyewitness accounts or information that could aid in the investigation.
