Rescue efforts have been intensified with the deployment of Odisha Disaster Rapid Action Force (ODRAF) and fire service teams. Three heavy machines are being used to clear the debris and search for trapped workers.

Senior officials, including the District Collector, Superintendent of Police, Sub-Collector, and Tehsildar, have reached the site to oversee the rescue and investigation. Authorities are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating efforts to ensure that no worker remains trapped.

There are also suspicions that some bodies may have been concealed or moved elsewhere, raising questions about possible negligence or mismanagement at the quarry site.
