Education / Odisha Matric Supplementary Results 2026 Announced; Pass Percentage Stands at 63.64%

Cuttack, Aug 12: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha on Wednesday announced the results of the Matric Supplementary Examination 2026, recording an overall pass percentage of 63.64%, officials said.

Candidates can check their mark at bseodisha.ac.in and bseodisha.nic.in once the results are uploaded. In addition, the board has enabled SMS-based access, allowing students to receive their marks directly on mobile phones, ensuring wider accessibility.

According to the official statistics released by the Board, 5,760 candidates had appeared for the High School Certificate (HSC) Supplementary Examination, of whom 3,666 students cleared the examination.

No candidate secured an A1 grade, while five students obtained A2. The number of successful candidates in other grades stood at 12 in B1, 53 in B2, 192 in C, 536 in D, and 2,593 in E. The Board also reported that 275 candidates were placed in the compartment category, while 2,094 candidates failed to qualify.

The Board simultaneously declared the results of the State Open School Certificate Examination (First), 2026. A total of 8,698 candidates appeared for the examination, with 5,450 candidates passing, taking the overall pass percentage to 62.65%.

As in the supplementary examination, no candidate secured an A1 grade in the State Open School examination. Ten candidates obtained A2, 109 secured B1, 401 B2, 868 C, 1,514 D, and 2,548 E grades. The Board said 3,185 candidates were unsuccessful in the examination.

Notably, the Odisha 10th Board supplementary examinations were conducted from July 2 to July 10, 2026.

·         Visit the official BSE Odisha website at bseodisha.ac.in.

·         Look for the link titled “BSE Odisha 10th Supplementary Result 2026” on the homepage.

·         Click on the link, and you will be redirected to a login page.

·         Enter your Roll Number and Date of Birth (in the format dd/mm/yyyy) as printed on your admit card.

·         Click on the “Submit” button.

·         Your supplementary result will be displayed on the screen.

·         Download and take a printout of the result for future reference.
