Officials believe this structured approach will allow the cabinet to take timely decisions and streamline the process of governance.

The government has emphasized that the focus will not only be on approving proposals but also on monitoring the progress of implementation. Departments have been instructed to regularly review the status of cabinet decisions and take immediate corrective steps wherever required.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has underlined the importance of accountability and speed in execution. By mandating early preparation of notes and twicemonthly meetings, the administration hopes to eliminate delays and ensure that decisions translate into action on the ground.

The review meeting also highlighted the need for departments to maintain close watch on the progress of approved projects and policies. Regular updates will be sought, and departments will be held responsible for meeting deadlines.
