Bhubaneswar, Nov 21: The Odisha State Cabinet and Council of Ministers will convene today at Lok Seva Bhavan. The meeting, scheduled for 11 a.m., will be chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. All ministers are expected to attend the high-level meeting.

Sources suggest that nearly nine proposals from seven departments are likely to be discussed. Some of these key proposals may receive Cabinet approval during the proceedings. In addition, the supplementary budget to be presented in the upcoming winter session of the Assembly will also get approval.
