Bhubaneswr, Dec 28: Odisha is reeling under a severe cold wave as temperatures plummeted across the state, with 13 places recording mercury levels below 10°C.

The sharp fall in temperatures has intensified winter conditions across the state, forcing residents to wrap themselves in woollens and seek warmth around bonfires.
