Argus News - Government, Aided Colleges Must Constitute Internal Complaints Committees Within 7 Days: RDE

Bhubaneswar, Apr 11: The Regional Directorate of Education (RDE), Bhubaneswar on Saturday issued a directive mandating the formation of Internal Complaints Committees (ICC) in all colleges across Odisha within a week.

Mandatory Formation Across All Colleges
As per the official communication, principals of government, non-government aided and aided colleges have been instructed to constitute ICCs and submit compliance reports within the stipulated timeline.

Colleges that have already formed such committees have also been asked to submit relevant documentation within the same period.

Seven-Day Deadline For Compliance
The directive clearly states that the formation of ICCs must be completed within seven days from the date of issuance of the letter.

Institutions have been given the option to submit their reports either in person or through post to the concerned office.

The Regional Directorate warned that failure to comply with the directive may invite strict action.
