Bhubaneswar: Marking a pivotal moment in Odisha’s industrial and technological evolution, former Union Minister and Sambalpur MP Dharmendra Pradhan expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi following the landmark dedication of the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) new Greenfield Data Centre and Cybersecurity Training Institute at Info Valley-II in Khurda.
Reacting to the launch on social media platform X, Pradhan underscored that the Rs169-crore state-of-the-art facility symbolizes a major evolutionary leap, steering Odisha away from its traditional legacy as a mining-centric economy toward a high-tech future driven by digital innovation and advanced computing.
Fortifying India’s Financial Ecosystem
Built to serve as a high-security financial shield, the newly inaugurated RBI facility incorporates cutting-edge technologies, including advanced computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and quantum mechanics. The infrastructure is designed to fortify India’s banking and digital financial ecosystem while elevating the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector both regionally and nationally.
