Bhubaneswar, Dec 21: In an unusual incident early Sunday morning, a Tata Ace vehicle carrying a large consignment of fish overturned on National Highway 16 near Satsang Vihar, causing a temporary disruption in traffic.
According to reports, the vehicle was transporting more than 10 quintals of fish to Unit 4 market when the driver lost control of the wheels. The sudden imbalance led to the vehicle toppling over, scattering its cargo across the busy highway.
Eyewitnesses said the accident occurred around dawn, and within minutes, the road was littered with fish, creating a bizarre scene that attracted passersby and commuters. While the accident caused momentary chaos, no major casualty was reported.
Following the incident, the driver sustained minor injuries but is said to be out of danger.

Later, police personnel from the local station reached the
site, cordoned off the area, and ensured that traffic movement was restored.
