Puri, Sept 2: The Odisha state government has directed all administrative departments in Puri to transit to a paperless system by the end of September.
As per official instructions, all departmental files will be processed online between September 15 and September 30.

The transition will be facilitated through the Odisha State Wide Area Network (OSWAN), a robust digital infrastructure designed to support seamless file movement and approvals across departments.
