Argus News - Dharmendra Pradhan Extends Greetings On Pana Sankranti & Hanuman Jayanti, Pays Tribute To Ambedkar

Bhubaneswar, Apr 14: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Tuesday extended greetings on the occasion of Maha Bishuba Pana Sankranti, Hanuman Jayanti, and paid tribute to BR Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.

Greetings On Odia New Year & Pana Sankranti
Dharmendra Pradhan took to social media platform X to convey his wishes on Maha Bishuba Sankranti, also marking the Odia New Year.

“Heartfelt greetings on the occasion of the sacred Maha Vishuba Sankranti, Odia New Year, and Hanuman Jayanti. May this new year bring fresh hope, boundless opportunities, and prosperity for all. I pray at the feet of Lord Sri Jagannath and Maa Samaleshwari for everyone's good health and well-being,” he wrote.

Message On Hanuman Jayanti
Extending wishes on Hanuman Jayanti, the Union Minister described Lord Hanuman as a symbol of strength, devotion and dedication.

“Heartfelt greetings to all on the auspicious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti. The valiant Hanuman is a symbol of strength, devotion, and dedication. May the boundless grace of the remover of afflictions dispel all sorrows and hardships from everyone's lives, and may courage and devotion awaken in every heart—this is my prayer,” he said.

Tribute To Ambedkar
Dharmendra Pradhan also paid homage to BR Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.

“On the birth anniversary of the Constitution maker, ‘Bharat Ratna’ Babasaheb Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar ji, I offer my endless salutations to him,” he posted.

He highlighted Ambedkar’s lifelong commitment to social harmony, protection of rights, and expansion of equal opportunities, stating that his vision was of an India where all citizens are equal before the law and entitled to justice, freedom and dignity.

The Union Minister noted that Ambedkar’s life continues to guide the nation towards building a society rooted in justice, harmony and equal opportunity for every citizen.
