Keonjhar, Sep 30: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi is scheduled to visit Keonjhar district today to participate in Durga Puja festivities across the region.
The visit includes a packed itinerary of temple visits and interactions with local communities.
The Chief Minister will first arrive at his native village Raikala, where he will offer prayers and celebrate Durga Puja. He is expected to depart from Bhubaneswar by air at 11:00 AM and land at Raisuan Airstrip by 11:35 AM. From there, he will travel by road and reach Raikala by 12:10 PM.
After completing rituals in his village, CM Majhi will head to Jhumpara Durga Puja Mandap, arriving around 2:30 PM. Following the puja, he will proceed to Keonjhar Circuit House by 4:40 PM.

✨His evening schedule includes visits to several prominent Durga Puja mandaps in Kendujhar town:
After these visits, he will return to Circuit House by 6:50 PM. Later at 10:00 PM, he will attend the Durga Puja celebrations organised by the Gujarati Samaj. The day’s program will conclude with an overnight stay at Circuit House.
Extensive security and logistical arrangements have been made to ensure smooth proceedings during the Chief Minister’s visit.
