✨According to BDA, the allotment process will be conducted through a lottery system to ensure transparency and fairness in the selection of eligible applicants.
Financial Benefits
In a move expected to benefit homebuyers, BDA has announced that the Rs 10,000 application fee will be adjusted against the final cost of the apartment. Applicants who do not secure allotment through the lottery process will receive a full refund of their Rs 2.1 lakh deposit.
Successful allottees will also be eligible for a range of financial incentives. These include a complete exemption from Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a 5 per cent exemption on stamp duty, reducing the overall cost burden on buyers.
The apartments are ready for occupation and will be allotted on a freehold basis. Allottees will also receive one year of complimentary maintenance.
Modern Amenities
BDA said the housing complex has been designed with modern
infrastructure and safety features. The residential project includes
earthquake-resistant reinforced cement concrete (RCC) structures, along with
amenities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium, sewage treatment plant, water
