Keonjhar, Oct 3: In a shocking incident, an Assistant Block Development Officer (ABDO) has allegedly killed his wife following a domestic dispute.

The accused, identified as Debiprasad Jena, reportedly killed his wife with a sharp weapon at their residence in Daonra village under Bhandaripokhari block.

According to reports, a heated argument broke out between the couple over some issue. The situation turned ugly after Jena, in a fit of rage, allegedly attacked his wife with a sharp weapon, resulting in her death on the spot.

Following the incident, police reached the spot and launched an investigation into the matter. While the body has been seized and sent to a local hospital for post-mortem, the accused have been taken into custody.
