In a post on X, Pradhan described the occasion as “especially meaningful,” recalling his presence at the foundation stone-laying ceremony of the university’s permanent campus in 2023. He said witnessing the first graduating cohort receiving their degrees was a testament to the institution’s remarkable journey and promise.
Pradhan highlighted that CTUAP embodies the spirit of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 by preserving India’s tribal knowledge traditions while preparing students for the future. He congratulated the graduating students, urging them to strive for excellence and contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat envisioned by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Andhra Pradesh’s Minister for Human Resource Development Nara Lokesh, Minister
for Women, Child and Tribal Welfare G. Sandhya Rani, Chancellor Madan Lal
Meena, and Vice Chancellor Prof. T. Srinivasan.
