Srikakulam, Nov 1: A tragic stampede at the Venkateswara Swamy Temple in Kasibugga, located in Andhra Pradesh’s Srikakulam district, has reportedly left several people feared dead.

According to reports, the incident occurred on Saturday morning, when a massive crowd gathered at the temple to observe Ekadashi.

The surge of devotees led to overcrowding, triggering a sudden stampede that overwhelmed the temple premises.

Reportedly, emergency services are at the scene, and the injured were immediately transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
