Maoist Attack / Elderly Man Killed On Suspicion Of Being Police Informer In Chhattisgarh’s Bijapur

Bijapur, Oct 3: In a disturbing act of violence, suspected Maoists allegedly killed a 65-year-old man in Salatang village under Kistaram police station limits.
According to reports, a group of Naxalites entered the village late on Thursday night. The red rebels then dragged the elderly man outside of his house and killed him after accusing him of being a police informer
After being alerted about the murder in the morning, a police team was sent to the spot and the body was shifted to a hospital for the post-mortem.
