New Delhi, Dec 4: Russian President Vladimir Putin will shortly arrive in India today, accompanied by his formidable security convoy. Among the fleet, the highlight is the Aurus Senat, one of the world’s most secretive and heavily protected state vehicles.

The presence of the Aurus Senat has drawn attention not only for its engineering marvel but also as a symbol of Russia’s emphasis on safeguarding its leadership.

The Aurus Senat, often compared to the U.S. President’s “Beast,” is a specially designed armoured limousine that combines cutting-edge technology with maximum security. Built under Russia’s Kortezh project, the vehicle is equipped with advanced defense systems, bulletproof armor, and features to withstand chemical attacks and explosive devices.
