Bhubaneswar, Mar 19: After an intensive 15-day shooting schedule in Odisha's Koraput, the makers of 'SSMB29', wrapped up their stay and departed from the district.

Director SS Rajamouli and actor Priyanka Chopra penned a special note and acknowledged the district's hospitality on way back to their destination.

Ahead of their departure, the district administration organised a special farewell ceremony at Talimali where several dignitaries, including the Jaipur Sub-Collector, senior police officers, were present to bid adieu to the team.

Rajamouli’s much-anticipated film, SSMB-29, was shot in Semiliguda, Koraput, and features an ensemble cast that includes Mahesh Babu, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Priyanka Chopra. The large-scale production involved around 500 crew members during the shoot.

SSMB29 is being produced by veteran filmmaker KL Narayana under his Durga Arts banner. The film is touted to be a Rs 1,000 crore extravaganza, with a leading Hollywood studio in talks to distribute the film internationally. Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani is composing the music.
