The actress explained that pregnancy brings real changes to the body, including tiredness and discomfort, which makes movement essential. “Like even 20-30 minutes of daily walking will help you with swelling, stiffness, mood swings, sleep, digestion and honestly it just makes you feel better,” she added.

Karishma emphasized that the laughter and curiosity of her children in the future would be her true souvenirs, underscoring the importance of cherishing small moments. She urged women to stay active, strong, and connected to their bodies, while being kind to themselves. “So all the preggo women watching this, please please be gentle to yourself. But don’t completely stop moving. Your body will thank you later. And I will thank you later. Lots of love,” she said in her video.

Karishma, a fitness enthusiast, married Mumbai-based real estate businessman Varun Bangera in 2022 after dating since 2021. In April 2026, the couple announced they were expecting their first child, sharing a collaborative post with pregnancy photoshoot pictures.
