Meanwhile, Mirzapur: The Movie maintained its impressive run in its second week. The crime thriller is estimated to have collected around Rs 9 crore on its second Friday, taking its domestic total to nearly Haiwaan Box Office Day 1: Akshay Kumar-Saif Ali Khan Film Opens to Rs 3 Crore.
The strong performance of both films has created additional pressure on Haiwaan in an already crowded box-office market.
What Is Haiwaan About?
Directed by Priyadarshan, Haiwaan is a Hindi adaptation of his 2016 Malayalam thriller Oppam, which starred Mohanlal.
Saif Ali Khan plays Shyam, a blind caretaker who becomes caught in a dangerous situation after being framed for the murder of a retired judge. Forced to go on the run, he attempts to protect the judge’s daughter from a vengeful killer.

Can Haiwaan Recover Over the Weekend?
As per reports, the film’s opening-day collection is among the lower first-day figures associated with both Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan.
