Mumbai, Aug 22: Carrying forward the legacy of his father Govinda, Yashvardhan Ahuja is set to step into Bollywood with his maiden film. The young actor will debut in Sajid Khan’s upcoming horror-comedy Hero Ki Horrorine, slated for release on January 7, 2027.
Yashvardhan has been paired opposite Nitanshi Goel in the project, which also features his mother Sunita Ahuja portraying his on-screen mother. The film’s ensemble cast includes Jamie Lever, Chunky Pandey, Brijendra Kala, and Simrat Kaur Randhawa, though further details remain under wraps.
The announcement of Yashvardhan’s debut comes at a time when his family has been in the spotlight for personal reasons. Sunita Ahuja recently withdrew her divorce petition against Govinda, a move confirmed by the actor’s manager Shashi Sinha. “The petition Sunita ji had filed in the court earlier; she had gone to withdraw it,” he said.
