✨This year, nearly 5.62 lakh students appeared for the Matric exams across 3,082 centres. The evaluation of answer sheets was carried out at 51 centres by around 15,000 teachers. The exams began on February 19 and concluded on March 2.
Students can check their results online after 6 PM on the official websites bseodisha.ac.in and bseodisha.nic.in. Additionally, results will be available via SMS by typing OR10 (Roll No) and sending it to 5676750. Schools will be able to download the Tabulation Register (TR) from the BSE website after 7 PM.
Alongside the Matric results, the State Open School results will also be released on Saturday, while the Madhyama examination results will be declared on Sunday. The +2 results are expected in the third week of May, with multiple streams likely to be announced on the same day.
The decision to issue bilingual certificates was taken after
concerns that certificates only in Odia might create difficulties for students
at national and international levels. Hence, the certificates will carry both
Odia and English text. Educationists have welcomed the move, stating that it will
strengthen Odia language while ensuring global recognition for students.
