One of the standout attractions is the Odia alphabet gallery, which showcases forgotten letters and their historical significance. This exhibit not only educates the younger generation but also rekindles interest in the linguistic depth of Odia script.

The pavilion also features captivating sand art displays, including a miniature of Lord Jagannath’s Tungi, which has become a major crowd-puller. Illuminated installations and artistic exhibits have added to the festive atmosphere, making the cultural zone a visual delight.

In a unique blend of tradition and awareness, the Cuttack Cyber Cell and Commissionerate Police have organized cultural programmes alongside cyber safety awareness campaigns. These efforts have been well-received by attendees, who appreciated the creative approach to public education.

Adding to the literary fervour, the “Barta Tie Diantu, Bahitie Niantu” (give a message and take a book) initiative has introduced a book fair, distributing Odia literature to visitors and encouraging youth to engage with regional writings.

Visitors hailed the government’s commitment to reviving Odia Asmita, calling the ‘Historic Baliyatra Cuttack 2025’ experience a meaningful step toward preserving language and culture for future generations.
