Bhubaneswar, Nov 27: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan on Thursday described President Droupadi Murmu’s maiden address to the Odisha Legislative Assembly as an “unforgettable moment” for the state.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Pradhan
said the President’s presence in the sacred House during the fifth session of
the 17th Assembly filled Odias with pride. He noted that President Murmu’s inspiring
words and ideas enhanced the dignity of the Assembly and offered a vision
for the future.

Historic Day for Odisha Assembly
Calling the day historic, Pradhan said the President’s address would be remembered as a milestone in Odisha’s journey and inscribed in golden letters in the annals of the state’s history. “President’s inspiring words of the day will remain inscribed in golden letters in Odisha’s history,” Pradhan wrote.

President’s Inspiring Speech
President Droupadi Murmu addressed the Odisha Legislative Assembly on the opening day of its winter session in Bhubaneswar today.
