The Cricket fever is set to grip Bhubaneswar as the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) brings the excitement of the TATA IPL Fan Park to the KIIT University campus. The event will be hosted at the KIIT Athletic Stadium (Dutee Chand Athletic Stadium) premises, offering fans a stadium-like experience without any entry fee.
Scheduled for April 4 and 5, the Fan Park will open its gates to the public from 2:30 PM onwards. Visitors can enjoy live screenings of IPL matches on giant LED screens, creating an electrifying atmosphere similar to being inside a cricket stadium. To add to the festive vibe, the park will feature music performances, food stalls, and interactive game zones, ensuring entertainment for all age groups.

Speaking at a press conference, Sumit Malporkar, Senior Manager at BCCI, highlighted that the Fan Park initiative is designed to make IPL more inclusive and accessible. With free entry and a carnival-like atmosphere, the event promises to be a major attraction for cricket lovers in Odisha.
