Bhubaneswar, Jan 23: Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Thursday purchased a match ticket of the second ODI between India and England.

The match, second of the three-ODI series, is scheduled to be played at the iconic Barabati Stadium in Cuttack, February 9.

Union Minister Pradhan has informed it through a post in his social media handle. "A one day international (ODI) cricket match between India and England is going to be played at the Cuttack's Barabati Stadium on February 9," wrote the Union Education Minister.

He also mentioned that he has had a discussion with the members of the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) about the arrangements for the match. "In this context, I met with the members of the Odisha Cricket Association (OCA) met in Sambalpur today," wrote Pradhan in his post.

"We had a discussion about the arrangements of the cricket match. I also purchased a match ticket," his post concluded.
